Role Description The Sales Attendant role at CHEZ SOFIA is a full time, on-site position based in the Pune Division.

The Sales

Attendant will assist customers, provide product information, and ensure a positive in-store experience. Typical tasks include greeting customers, answering questions about products, processing sales transactions, managing cash and digital payments, and maintaining clean, organized display areas. The role also involves monitoring stock levels, restocking shelves, checking product quality and expiry dates, and following all food safety and hygiene guidelines.





The Sales

Attendant will work closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet sales targets and uphold CHEZ SOFIA’s service standards.

Qualifications Ability to provide courteous, professional customer service and communicate clearly with a diverse range of customers.

Basic sales and point-of-sale (POS) experience, including handling cash, card payments, and receipts accurately.

Attention to detail in maintaining product displays, monitoring inventory, and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.

Willingness to learn about CHEZ SOFIA’s food products and follow food safety, health, and safety procedures.

Strong reliability, time management, and ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as lifting and stocking.

Previous experience in retail, grocery, or food service is beneficial but not mandatory.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; local language skills and basic English communication are an advantage.
