**Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position focuses on engaging prospective clients, explaining Envision’s services, and guiding them through the initial stages of the overseas education journey. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, conducting consultations, presenting program options, and following up with leads to convert interest into deals.

The Sales

Associate will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, coordinate with counseling and operations teams,



and support events such as information sessions and education fairs. The role requires consistent achievement of sales targets, proactive outreach, and a strong commitment to delivering a professional and supportive experience to every prospectiv e client. Qualifications

- Sales and customer-facing skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, and relationship management.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, such as clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and presentation abilities.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including time management, accurate data entry, and CRM or sales tracking experience.
- Service-oriented mindset, with empathy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to guide clients through complex processes.
- Basic understanding or interest in international education, global universities, and academic pathways.
- Ability to work in office full time in Mumbai, MH and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Prior experience in sales, counseling, retail, or customer service preferred; experience in education consulting is significant.
- Requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.**
