Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Mumbai.

The Sales

Associate will engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their audio needs, demonstrate products, and recommend suitable solutions. The role includes managing in-store displays, ensuring product knowledge is up to date, and supporting promotional campaigns and events.

The Sales

Associate will handle inquiries, process orders and billing, coordinate with inventory and logistics teams, and maintain accurate sales records. The role also involves gathering customer feedback, supporting after-sales service coordination,



and contributing to sales targets and overall store performance.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse customers.

Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in product demonstration, objection handling, and closing sales.

Basic familiarity with consumer electronics or audio products, and an interest in sound, music, or home entertainment solutions.

Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation, billing, and inventory coordination.

Comfort with using POS systems, simple spreadsheets, and digital tools for e-commerce or CRM activities.

Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, including weekends or peak hours as required in a retail sales workplace.

Prior experience in retail, electronics, or lifestyle product sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
