Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and referrals.

Counsel professionals and recommend suitable courses.

Convert enquiries into enrolments and achieve monthly sales targets.

Build long-term relationships with learners and corporate clients.

Support digital marketing campaigns, webinars, and promotional activities.

Maintain CRM records and sales reports.

Identify corporate training opportunities and coordinate client meetings. What We're Looking For





Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Experience in sales, business development, or educational counselling.

Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and digital marketing.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.

Knowledge of the construction, EPC, engineering, or skilled training industry is an added advantage.
