Job DescriptionJaishree Jewellers is hiring a proactive, street-smart Offline/On-Ground Marketing Executive to drive footfall and brand visibility for our two Jaipur showrooms — Sirsi Road and Mansarovar. This is a field-heavy role focused on local area marketing, community engagement, and on-ground promotional activities.

NKey Responsibilities

- Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities (leafleting, banners, standees, local event participation) around both store locations
N
- Build relationships with RWAs, societies, wedding planners, banquet halls, and local businesses near Sirsi Road and Mansarovar for referral tie-ups
N
- Organize and support in-store promotional events, festive campaigns, and customer engagement activities
N
- Identify high-footfall local spots (markets, societies, offices) for brand visibility drives
N
- Coordinate with print vendors for pamphlets, hoardings, and local print ads
N
- Track walk-ins generated through on-ground activities and report ROI to management
N
- Represent the brand at local exhibitions, wedding fairs, and community events
N




- Liaise with the two store managers to align marketing pushes with in-store stock/promotions
N
- Gather competitor and market intel from the local area
N

nRequirements

- 1–4 years of experiencein offline/field marketing, preferably in retail, jewellery, fashion, or real estate
N
- Robust local network and familiarity with Sirsi Road / Mansarovar / Jaipur market
N
- Excellent communicationand relationship-building skills
N
- Willingness to travel locally between both stores and surrounding areas daily

- Basic reporting skills (Excel/WhatsApp updates on activities and results)
N
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
N
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not mandatory
