The role is field-based and involves visiting educational institutions, construction companies, contractors, industries, and dealers to generate business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities - Visit schools, colleges, educational institutions, construction companies, industries, builders, contractors, architects, government departments, and retail dealers.

- Generate new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Promote the company's products and services through direct meetings and product presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the office for quotations and order processing.
- Follow up on enquiries until successful order closure.
- Maintain daily visit reports and customer records.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Represent the company professionally in the market.

Desired Candidate





Profile - Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in field sales or marketing is preferred. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Tamil and English. Malayalam is an added advantage.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Willing to travel extensively within Coimbatore and nearby areas.

Sales Incentive

In addition to the fixed salary, employees will receive performance-based incentives:
- Incentive on every confirmed order generated.

Indicators (KPIs) - Daily customer visits.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday Reporting To: Managing Director / Sales Manager

Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
