Brilliqs, the Data & AI division of Synthesys Solutions Pvt. Ltd., is looking for a Sales Development Intern / Executive to join our team in Pune.
If you're curious, eager to learn, and want hands-on experience in B2B sales, this is for you.
You'll work directly with the founder, learn Data & AI solutions, connect with business leaders, and build real sales skills.
What you'll actually do
1.Research target companies and figure out who inside them makes decisions.
2.Reach out, open conversations, and book meetings with business buyers (B2B, not walk-in customers).
3.Learn our data/AI services well enough to explain them in plain language.
4.Do discovery — understand a client's problem BEFORE pitching a solution.
5.Follow up relentlessly and professionally (most deals die from no follow-up).
6.Keep your pipeline and notes updated in our CRM.
7.Use AI tools to work faster (research, drafting, prep) — not to replace thinking ? Location: Kothrud, Pune (In-office)
