Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Central Delhi. The intern will support day-to-day sales and marketing activities, including assisting with lead generation, preparing sales presentations, and coordinating with the marketing team on campaigns and brand activations.

Responsibilities include interacting with prospective and existing clients, helping deliver high-quality customer service, and gathering market feedback to support sales strategies.



The intern will also assist in maintaining CRM records, participating in training sessions, and contributing ideas to improve outreach, events, and promotional activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for client interaction and relationship building.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and opportunity tracking.
- Candidates should possess an interest or exposure in Training and Sales Management to assist in team coordination and process improvement.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of marketing concepts and a willingness to learn digital and offline marketing practices.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Central Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with social media platforms and CRM tools is an advantage.
