Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the sales team by engaging prospective users, explaining platform features, and assisting with follow-ups to convert leads into active investors. Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in customer outreach campaigns, assisting with digital and offline marketing initiatives, and gathering feedback to improve user experience.

The role also involves supporting customer service activities, helping organize training or demo sessions, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities. The intern will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales messaging with marketing strategies and product updates. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage users clearly and handle inquiries professionally.





Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, follow-up, and pipeline tracking.

Candidates should possess Training-related skills to assist in product demos, user onboarding, and internal knowledge-sharing.

Comfort with basic marketing concepts, digital tools, and social media platforms to support promotional activities.

Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; interest in fintech and investments is highly beneficial.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user feedback and basic performance metrics to suggest improvements.
