Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales and Marketing Executive role based in Jaipur. The position involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients, and driving sales targets for Hydrofuel’s premium mineral water products. The role includes planning and executing marketing campaigns, supporting brand promotions, coordinating field activities, and gathering market feedback to refine strategies.

The Sales and Marketing Executive will conduct regular market visits,



prepare sales reports, collaborate with internal teams on promotional materials, and represent the brand at local events and activations.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and execute effective campaigns.

Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze customer behavior, competition, and trends.

Candidates should possess Sales skills to achieve targets, manage accounts, and build long-term partnerships.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for engaging clients, negotiating, and presenting proposals.

Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.

Experience in FMCG, beverages, or sustainability-focused products is an advantage.

Ability to work independently on-site, travel within the region, and use basic digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, presentations) effectively.
