Role: SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) SME We’re looking for an experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer to design, implement, and manage cloud-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC, identity lifecycle management, access governance, and application integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.

Configure and manage identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows.

Design and maintain access request workflows, certifications, roles, and governance policies.

Integrate SailPoint ISC with enterprise applications, directories, and HR systems.

Work closely with clients to gather requirements and translate them into scalable IAM solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve platform, connector, and provisioning-related issues.





Collaborate with cross-functional IAM, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure deployments.

Support audit, compliance, and access governance initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Hands-on expertise with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

Strong understanding of IGA concepts including provisioning, access certifications, RBAC, and lifecycle management.

Experience integrating applications using connectors, APIs, and identity repositories.

Knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, LDAP, and related identity technologies.

Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and scripting.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

SailPoint certifications are a plus.
