About the role

Join Deloitte as a SailPoint IIQ Developer to design, configure, and support IdentityIQ solutions that enhance identity and access management across enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

- Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ configurations including workflows, rules, connectors, and approvals.
- Onboard and integrate applications with IdentityIQ, directories, and authentication systems.
- Manage user provisioning, access certifications, role administration, and identity lifecycle processes.
- Troubleshoot SailPoint workflows and integrations to resolve production issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions while preparing documentation and best practices.

Required skills and experience

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ in enterprise environments.
- Solid knowledge of IAM concepts such as provisioning, certification, RBAC,



and lifecycle management.
- Proficient in Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, and web service APIs including REST and SOAP.
- Experience with directory services like Active Directory, LDAP, and related identity systems.
- Demonstrated ability in developing and customizing connectors, workflows, and rules within IdentityIQ.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills for stakeholder management.

Nice to have

- Experience implementing large-scale enterprise IAM solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud identity platforms and hybrid IAM environments.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and production support.
- SailPoint certification is advantageous.
