Job Title: Safety Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Safety Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in construction, industrial, electrical, or infrastructure projects. The candidate must have strong knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), site safety practices, PPE compliance, work permit systems, hazard identification, risk assessment, and statutory safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards at the project site.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Conduct Safety Induction, Toolbox Talks (TBT), and safety awareness training.
- Perform Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA/JSA) before work execution.
- Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) activities, including Hot Work, Work at Height, Confined Space Entry, Excavation, and Electrical Work Permits.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain safety documentation, inspection reports, incident reports, and compliance records.
- Ensure fire safety equipment is available, inspected, and ready for emergency use.
- Conduct emergency drills and coordinate emergency response activities.
- Monitor housekeeping and ensure protected work practices across the project site.




- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients regarding HSE compliance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and client safety requirements.

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering.
- ADIS / PDIS / NEBOSH / IOSH certification will be preferred.

Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in Construction, Industrial, Electrical, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing projects.

Preferred Candidate
- Strong knowledge of HSE standards and safety regulations.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently at project sites.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,532.85 - ₹45,951.73 per month
