FRole & responsibilities

- Conduct site safety inspections and audits for construction activities
- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE standards, statutory regulations, and client requirements
- Identify hazards and implement risk mitigation measures
- Monitor contractor safety performance and compliance
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs
- Review safety documentation, permits, and work procedures
- Ensure protected execution of electrical and high-voltage related construction activities

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification

- Graduate in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering)
- Safety certification/diploma will be an added advantage

Experience

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction/project safety
- Experience in EHV Substation, Power Transmission, Power Distribution, Infrastructure, or Industrial Projects preferred
