Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, along with a solid grounding in SEO, content, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads to generate high-quality leads within budget.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO and conversions.
- Create and manage social media content calendars and campaigns.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) to ensure accurate reporting.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and other marketing tools; adjust bids, budgets, and creatives as needed.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify current opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Content teams to support lead generation initiatives.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements based on data insights.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2 –5 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools preferred.
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.

- Basic knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce).
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
