The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their business needs, demonstrating our SaaS solutions, and converting leads into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable SaaS solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through the sales cycle.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Product, Customer Success,
and Technical teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Stay updated on product enhancements, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work during night shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, international sales, or customer support will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of AI tools and business software is a plus.
