We are having an opening for Rubber Tool Maintenance for Engineer level in our plant located in Chakan.
Responsibilities
- Plans and reviews the daily activities of tool room machines.
- Operating of Tool room conventional milling machine.
- Operating of Tool room conventional turning /lathe machine.
- Operating of Tool room conventional surface grinding machine.
- Identify butting surface and get the blue matching of steel parts.
- Do Stage inspection and process plan.
- Competent to use various tool room inspection and chart.
- Do polishing /Buffing /grinding /Milling etc. to ascertain the assembly.
- Review mold History card at least once in two months for checking repeated abnormality.
- Executing trial for current tools.
Qualifications DME/CIPET/NTTF/Diploma in Polymer/Rubber/ Mechanical.
