We're hiring an RSVP & Guest Relations Executive to join our destination wedding team!
At Enovution, we craft unforgettable destination weddings for India's top families. This role is the heartbeat of guest experience — making sure every invitee feels looked after, from the first save-the-date to the final headcount.
What you'll do
? Own the master guest list — RSVPs, travel prefs, dietary needs
? Communicate with guests via call/WhatsApp/email for invites & reminders
? Track and report real-time RSVP numbers to couples & our ops team
? Coordinate guest travel/accommodation queries with hotels & vendors
? Handle special requests (accessibility, plus-ones, dietary)
? Support on-ground guest check-in during weddings
What we're looking for
✅ 1–3 yrs in hospitality, events, or client servicing
✅ Excellent communication (Hindi + English)
✅ Sharp with spreadsheets/CRM, high attention to detail
✅ Calm, polished, and comfortable with HNI/NRI clientele
✅ Open to travel for in office events
