About Position:

We are seeking a talented UiPath Developer with expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Agentic AI, and Intelligent Automation to build next-generation automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing hybrid automation frameworks that combine traditional UiPath automation with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and reasoning-based workflows. This role offers an opportunity to work on advanced enterprise automation initiatives by integrating AI-driven decision-making, prompt engineering, and autonomous agent orchestration into business processes.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions using UiPath and Agentic AI technologies.
- Build autonomous workflows capable of dynamic decision-making and non-linear process execution.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI and Azure OpenAI into enterprise automation solutions.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve AI accuracy, response quality, and workflow outcomes.
- Develop hybrid automation frameworks that combine AI agents and UiPath robots.
- Design reasoning loops and orchestration mechanisms to enable intelligent process execution.
- Build reusable RPA components using UiPath REFramework and industry best practices.
- Develop and consume REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations.
- Integrate enterprise systems, databases, and third-party applications into automation workflows.
- Establish AI governance controls, safety guardrails, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Analyze automation telemetry, logs, and performance metrics to improve reliability and stability.




- Participate in the complete Build-Test-Deploy lifecycle of automation projects.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production deployment activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, and stakeholders to deliver automation solutions.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 2-5 years of experience in UiPath Development, RPA, and Intelligent Automation.
- Strong hands-on expertise in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath AI Center.
- Experience building enterprise automation solutions using UiPath best practices and REFramework.
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI, autonomous agents, and AI-driven workflow orchestration.
- Experience working with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering techniques.
- Knowledge of AI agent frameworks such as Agent Builder, Autopilot, LangChain Agents, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in developing and integrating REST and SOAP web services.
- Strong scripting and programming skills using Python, C#, or VB.NET.
- Experience with SQL databases, queries, data integration, and data transformation.
- Knowledge of API integrations, enterprise applications, and system connectivity.
- Familiarity with Git and version control practices.
- Experience implementing monitoring, governance, and operational controls for automation solutions.




- Robust analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile development environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) or UiPath Solution Architect certification is highly preferred.
