Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RPA UiPath Developer with robust expertise in UiPath Automation Suite, Maestro, Agentic AI, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions that combine traditional RPA with AI-powered decision-making and orchestrated business processes. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end automation development, AI agent integration, and enterprise-grade deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows for exception handling and business approvals.
- Integrate AI models, APIs, OCR, and enterprise applications into automation solutions.
- Develop reusable automation components following UiPath best practices.
- Optimize existing bots for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Monitor automation performance through UiPath Orchestrator.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely support.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Ensure governance, security, and compliance standards are followed throughout the automation lifecycle.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, and deployment guides.
