Role Description The Robotics Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, responsible for delivering robotics and STEM training programs to school students. The trainer will conduct structured classes and workshops on robotics concepts, programming basics, and practical projects using educational robotics kits and related technologies. Day-to-day activities include preparing lesson plans, setting up and maintaining robotics lab equipment, guiding students through hands-on activities, and assessing learning outcomes.

The role involves collaborating with school staff to align content with curriculum goals,



adapting teaching methods for different grade levels, and providing technical support during lab sessions.

The Robotics

Trainer will also contribute to developing current training materials, documenting best practices, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Robotics, including hands-on experience with educational robots and basic programming for robotics systems.

Candidates should possess skills in Robotic Welding and Robot operation where applicable, with the ability to demonstrate practical applications in an educational context.

Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills to diagnose issues with robotics equipment and ensure reliable lab operations.

Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related STEM field are beneficial.

Experience teaching or mentoring students in STEM subjects, along with clear communication and classroom management skills, is highly desirable.

Ability to design engaging, hands-on learning activities, adapt to diverse learning styles, and maintain an inclusive, non-discriminatory environment.

Comfort with basic tools and lab safety practices, and willingness to continuously learn emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and 3D printing.
