Role Description The Robotics Specialist will design, develop, and implement robotic and automation solutions to support Karigar’s projects and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing process requirements, configuring and programming robotic systems, integrating sensors and actuators, and collaborating with mechanical and electrical teams to create robust mechatronic assemblies. The role involves testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing robotic workflows, documenting technical specifications, and providing support during deployment at client sites.

This is a contract role based in Mumbai with a hybrid work model,



combining on-site work for system integration and testing with some work-from-home flexibility for design, simulation, and documentation tasks.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Robotics and Robot programming, including experience with industrial or collaborative robot platforms.

Candidates should possess applied skills in Automation and Process Automation, with the ability to analyze workflows and design automated solutions.

Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Mechatronics, integrating mechanical, electrical, and control systems for robotic applications.

Relevant experience with motion control, PLCs, sensors, and actuators, along with familiarity with CAD and simulation tools, is beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.

Ability to work safely in lab and industrial environments, manage multiple projects, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and clients.

Prior experience in deploying robotics or automation solutions in manufacturing, logistics, or similar domains will be considered an advantage.
