Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Robotics & AI Instructor to teach K-12 students through practical, project-based learning. The ideal candidate should be comfortable teaching robotics, programming, AI basics, and embedded systems in a way that is simple, engaging, and outcome-driven.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical fundamentals, a teaching mindset, and a genuine interest in STEM education.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teach robotics and AI concepts to K-12 students using Arduino and Microbit platforms
2. Create and update lesson plans, curriculum content, worksheets, and learning materials
3. Teach Python and C++ fundamentals with applications in robotics and embedded systems
4. Design hands-on coding exercises, challenges, and student projects
5. Work on R&D; to explore recent tools, technologies, and methods in robotics education
6.



Collaborate with the curriculum and R&D; teams to improve learning content, hardware integration, and delivery methods
7. Create documentation, tutorials, guides, and learning resources for students, parents, and educators
8. Support program delivery, assessment, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
2. Strong knowledge of Python and/or C++
3. Experience with Arduino, micro, robotics, embedded systems, or STEM teaching
4. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
5. A strong interest in teaching, mentoring, and student development

Preferred Profile

1. Prior experience teaching robotics, coding, or STEM subjects
2. Experience in an educational, lab, or workshop-based environment
3. Creative, patient, and student-focused teaching style
4. Comfortable building practical learning content and classroom activities
