RBL Bank is hiring for the role of Relationship Manager - Premium Accounts!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

- Acquire high-end current accounts through open market lead generation and achieve monthly CASA targets.

- Ensure strict compliance with Bank policies and regulatory guidelines, including KYC and AML norms.

- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for recent customers, ensuring a seamless transition to the branch banking team.

- Ensure customers maintain required balances and initiate account transactions within M1 & Q1 timelines.

- Achieve 80% AQB maintenance, 75% internet banking penetration, and 50% DSB penetration among new customers.

- Execute various lead generation initiatives to expand the customer base and meet acquisition goals.

- Generate leads and manage basic inquiries for cross-selling opportunities.

- Collaborate with the Branch Manager and product teams (RBL, Trade, FX, CMS/DSB, etc.) to deliver appropriate business solutions to customers
