Role Description The RMC Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajarhat. This position is responsible for promoting Globe RMC’s products and services to builders, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting site and client visits, presenting product benefits, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales.

The role also involves coordinating with operations for timely delivery, maintaining customer relationships, collecting market intelligence on competitors and pricing, and supporting local marketing campaigns, events, and outreach activities. The RMC Marketing Executive will maintain accurate records of leads,



opportunities, and customer interactions, and report regularly on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications

Strong sales, client relationship management, and negotiation skills relevant to construction or building materials.

Ability to plan and execute local marketing activities, including field visits, presentations, and promotional events.

Solid communication skills in spoken and written English and local languages, with the ability to explain technical product features clearly.

Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and presentation software) for reporting and documentation.

Prior experience in RMC, construction materials, or B2B industrial sales is highly beneficial.

Strong understanding of local market dynamics in and around Rajarhat, with a willingness to travel within the region.

Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and collaborate effectively with operations and management teams.

Preferred educational background: diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, civil engineering, or a related field.
