Role Overview

- We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects.

- The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, process assessment, documentation, stakeholder management, and supporting the end-to-end automation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for RPA initiatives.

- Conduct process assessments to identify automation opportunities.

- Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process maps, workflow diagrams, and user stories.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and RPA developers to define automation requirements.

- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and process walkthrough sessions.

- Analyze existing business processes and recommend automation solutions.

- Support solution design, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.

- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and change requests.

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with project governance standards.

- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills





- 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in RPA or automation projects.

- Solid experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation.

- Hands-on experience with process mapping and workflow documentation.

- Understanding of RPA platforms such as: o UiPath
- o Automation Anywhere
- o Blue Prism

- Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Design Documents.

- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio or similar process mapping tools.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working on digital transformation and process automation initiatives.

- Exposure to UAT planning, execution, and defect management.

- Relevant Business Analysis or RPA certifications would be an advantage.

- Communication & Stakeholder Management

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to effectively engage with business users and technical teams.

- Strong presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
