Relationship Manager Sales (Retail Branch Banking) – Punjab

Locations: Amritsar, Ferozepur, Humbra Road (Ludhiana), Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Malerkotla, Moga, Mohali, Pathankot, Patiala

CTC: Up to 5 LPA

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Retail Branch Banking / Liability Sales

Role Overview

We are looking for Relationship Managers to drive Retail Branch Banking sales by acquiring new customers and promoting liability and retail banking products, including CASA, Term Deposits, Third Party Products, Gold Loans, and Trade Services.

Key Responsibilities

- Source new customers for CASA, Term Deposits, Gold Loans, Trade Services, and Third Party Products.
- Build and manage customer relationships through branch and market sourcing.
- Cross-sell banking products to existing customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely documentation and adherence to compliance guidelines.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Retail Banking Sales.
- Experience in CASA, TD, TPD, Gold Loan, or Trade product sales.




- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Graduate in any discipline.
