Payments

Digital Payment Platform operates through flagship brandCCAvenue—which is a PCI DSS 3.2.1 compliant payment gateway platform. With over 240 payment options connecting more than 55 Indian banks on a real-time basis, CCAvenue is one of India’s largest direct debit engines. It processes payments through net-banking, all types of credit cards, debit cards and digital wallets, including UPI payments.

With operations in India and the Middle East, this business offers multi-lingual and multi-currency payment solutions to users.

Infrastructure





Data Center Infrastructure segment includes state-of-the-art Tier III data center built in collaboration with Schneider and IBM at GIFT City, Gandhinagar. The Company will run the captive workload through this data centre and will also open additional capacity as public cloud with the following services: Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) (blockchain platform, e-commerce platform), Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS).

Technology Platform like BillAvenue is a unified interoperable online bill payments platform built on the Bharat BillPay (BBP) infrastructure developed by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). It offers an 'Anytime, Anywhere' bill payment facility to customers across India through a network of agents via multiple payment modes with instant confirmation of receipt of payment.

ResAvenue is a fully hosted, plug-and-play booking engine that integrates directly into the hotel’s branded website, thereby enabling the Hoteliers to save big money on recurring high-end hardware costs, software licenses and expensive technical manpower.

Position: Risk Executive

Description:

The Infibeam Avenues FRM division is responsible for fraud risk monitoring of the online transactions,



Credit Risk of the merchants/ clients and handling Fraud dispute reporting received from the external parties. The primary objective is to protect the merchant, customer and Infibeam Avenues from the losses due to fraud and counter malicious intent by monitoring, analyzing, and determining the fraud.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have a passion for Risk, Technology and the Internet. They should possess exceptional interpersonal & analytical skills and fulfill following requirements.

- Experience & non-experience
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree required
- Knowledge of basic computer (MS Office, internet)
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment, with strong delivery focus.
- Keen to learn new information, adopt new skills and with the ability to identify and make improvements to systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

- Reviewing online transactions on our registered merchants to minimize the Risk of Fraud. (Domestic as well as International).
- Performing Credit Risk reviews on the existing and new merchants.
- Identification and analysis of the high risk transactions and merchants.
- Analyze trends and maintain proper records of suspicious activities.
- Scrutiny of Merchant ad customers KYC documents.
- Maintaining the MIS on fraud cases for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of company systems.
- To ensure the confidentiality of all information collected during investigation.
- Identify system improvements to prevent fraudulent activities.
- Interaction with parties like Customer, merchant, Banks & Cyber police on the frauds.
- Following and acquainting the required guidelines of the authorities like RBI, Acquirer Banks & Issuing banks.
- Preparation of daily activities reports.
