- Build relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Technology Optimization:




- Stay updated on emerging technologies in fiber optics to drive innovation.
- Rationalize tools and processes to optimize efficiency in design, deployment, and maintenance.

Qualifications

- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred.
- Experience:
- 15–20 years of experience in fiber network engineering or telecommunications.
- At least 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale projects or teams.
- Skills:
- Solid knowledge of fiber optic technologies, including design principles, splicing techniques, testing methodologies, and industry standards.
- Expertise in project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with network design software and tools (e.g., GIS systems).
- Understanding of federal/state regulations related to broadband deployment.
