We're looking for a retention marketing specialist to own repeat purchase growth across our digital customer base. You will be building and optimizing automated journeys, campaigns, and offers that drive customers back to buy again. If you have designed a WhatsApp journey, built an email segmentation strategy, or been accountable for a repeat purchase rate/CLTV number — that's the experience we need. What you'll own:

Design, build, and continuously optimize WhatsApp automated journeys (not just manual messaging) for engagement and win-back

Own cart-recovery strategy — not just calling, but the full flow: triggers, timing, offer logic, and channel mix (WhatsApp/email/SMS)

Plan and execute emailer campaigns — segmentation, content coordination, A/B testing, performance tracking

Be accountable for retention KPIs: repeat purchase rate, churn,



CLTV — you'll report on these numbers and be expected to move them

Set up automation workflows and triggers with marketing/tech teams (e.g., post-purchase flows, browse-abandonment, win-back campaigns)

Run structured A/B tests on messaging, offers, and journey logic

Use Facebook CRM tools to support lead nurturing (this is one channel among several, not the core job)

Ensure timely resolution of customer queries/escalations arising from CRM touchpoints.

Qualifications & Skills:

2–3 years in retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM marketing — with real ownership of campaigns/journeys, not just call handling

Hands-on experience building flows in WhatsApp Business API tools (e.g., WATI, Interakt, Gallabox) and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, WebEngage)

Comfortable working with and reporting on repeat purchase rate, churn, CLTV — not just call/ticket volume

E-commerce/D2C background strongly preferred
