Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Store Executives to join our team in Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving retail sales, managing billing operations, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. Freshers as well as candidates with retail or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting healthcare and wellness products based on their requirements.
- Recommend suitable products and achieve sales targets through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Handle billing, cash, and POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure adequate stock availability and assist in inventory management.
- Address customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales and transactions.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly store sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate (10+2) or Any Graduate.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
