1. Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
2. Serves customers by helping them select products.
3. Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
4. Greets customers and responds to customers' questions.
5. Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
6. Provides outstanding customer service.
7. Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
8. Manages financial transactions.
9. Processes payments by totalling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
10. Alerts management of potential security issues.
11. Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
12. Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.
