Key Responsibilities

- Sales Growth: Hit monthly and yearly revenue goals.

- Team Leadership: Train, coach, and schedule showroom staff.

- Customer Service: Greet walk-in buyers, explain machine features, and match gear to user goals.

- B2B & B2C Deals: Handle retail buyers plus local gyms, housing societies, and corporate clients.

- Inventory Control: Track stock levels, oversee floor displays, and arrange timely deliveries.

Job Requirements

- Experience: 3 to 5 years in retail sales or fitness equipment fields.

- Skills: Solid communication, leadership, and basic computer proficiency.

- Knowledge: Deep understanding of exercise machines and biomechanics.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
