Job Summary The Retail Sales Officer is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry, providing product knowledge, achieving sales goals, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their jewelry requirements.

- Guide customers in selecting gold, diamond, platinum, and gemstone jewelry.

- Explain product features, pricing, purity, certification, and care instructions.

- Achieve individual and store sales targets.

- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

- Handle billing, order booking, and documentation accurately.

- Assist in inventory management, stock display, and merchandising.

- Maintain showroom cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.

- Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

- Participate in promotional campaigns, festive events, and product launches.

- Follow company policies related to security, cash handling, and compliance.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).

- 3–12 years of experience in retail sales, luxury retail, jewelry,



or customer service (freshers may also be considered for entry-level roles).

- Valuable communication skills in English and the local language.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
