We were featured on Shark Tank India in 2025 and have since raised multiple rounds of funding to accelerate our growth, expand our retail presence, and strengthen our position as one of India’s leading contemporary jewellery brands. About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Retail Expansion Intern to support Palmonas' rapid offline growth. This role offers hands-on exposure to retail business development, commercial real estate, mall leasing, high-street expansion, and store launch execution. You will work closely with the Retail Expansion team on identifying recent store opportunities and driving expansion projects from planning to execution. Key Responsibilities

Research and identify high-potential malls, high streets, airports, and retail destinations across India.

Build and maintain a database of developers, landlords, mall management teams, and channel partners.

Assist in evaluating store locations based on demographics, catchment, competition,



rentals, and commercial viability.

Coordinate with mall developers, leasing teams, brokers, and landlords for site visits and documentation.

Support preparation of presentations, business proposals, LOIs, and commercial comparisons.

Track expansion pipeline, approvals, and project timelines using Excel and internal trackers.

Conduct competitor benchmarking and market intelligence across jewellery and fashion retail brands.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design, Projects, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Legal to ensure timely store launches.

Assist in preparing business reports and expansion dashboards for leadership. Who We're Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint.

Comfortable travelling for site visits as required and with a short notice too.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
