Duties and Responsibilities

Greet customers when they walk through the door

Ask customers what they are looking for and show them relevant products

Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations

Ring up sales and arrange for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order

Upsell extra items when appropriate

Maintain Store display and follow the VM standards

Following all the SOPs

Driving the store and individual targets

Pre requisites:

Good command in both spoken and written English.

Should have pleasing personality.

Excellent guest service skill.

Good knowledge of Sales.

Education:

Pursuing graduation/Graduate in any field or related experience in Sales/Retail field. Familiar with Point of sale systems, MS office, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹111,696.68 - ₹380,745.32 per year
