– Restaurant Mixologist Position: Mixologist Department: Food & Beverage Salary: ₹25,000 per month Location - Ramada by Wyndham Aligarh GT Road Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and creative Mixologist who can prepare a wide variety of beverages and mocktails while maintaining excellent taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities Prepare a variety of mocktails, cocktails, Mojitos, and other specialty beverages. Create different flavours and combinations of drinks as per the restaurant menu. Prepare drinks with attractive presentation and consistent taste.
Handle bar equipment, glassware, ingredients, and beverage supplies properly. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar/workstation. Ensure proper stock management of beverages, syrups, fruits, garnishes, and other ingredients.
Follow standard recipes and portion control to maintain consistency.
Suggest recent and creative drink ideas for the menu. Provide excellent service and interact professionally with guests. Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience as a Mixologist/Bartender in a restaurant, café, bar, hotel, or similar establishment. Good knowledge of different types of Mojitos, mocktails, cocktails, and specialty drinks. Creative approach to beverage preparation and presentation. Valuable knowledge of garnishing and drink presentation. Strong communication and guest-handling skills. Good knowledge of hygiene and safety standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
