Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Residential Construction Site Supervisor at SAKA Studio. The supervisor will oversee day-to-day site activities for residential projects, ensuring work is executed according to drawings, specifications, quality benchmarks, and schedules.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal design teams; monitoring labor and material usage; and maintaining accurate site records, logs, and daily reports. The role involves conducting regular inspections, identifying and resolving on-site issues, verifying adherence to construction safety protocols,



and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The supervisor will also participate in site meetings, provide progress updates, support snagging and handover processes, and help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

Robust site supervision and inspection skills, with hands-on experience managing residential construction activities.

Supervisory skills to lead site teams, coordinate contractors, and manage day-to-day workflow effectively.

Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.

Working knowledge of construction safety practices and the ability to enforce safety standards on site.

Familiarity with reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings and technical specifications.

Good organizational and documentation abilities, including maintaining site reports, logs, and checklists.

Prior experience in residential projects and an understanding of high-quality finishes and detailing.

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to work on site full time in Gurgaon, manage multiple projects, and adapt to project timelines and demands.
