Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and engage top professionals to provide industry insights and knowledge to clients.
2. Communicate Insight Alpha's mission and business model to industry professionals and recruit them for the Association of Industry Leaders (AIL).
3. Excel in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Expand the India/Global Expert Network by recruiting key opinion leaders through strategic campaigns, professional lists, associations, referrals, and other networks.
5. Collaborate with client-facing Research Managers, Analysts, and Project Leaders to understand client needs and fulfill time-sensitive research requests by analyzing inquiries.

Candidate Profile:

1. Experience: 4-6 years in primary executive research or knowledge management.
2. Education: Postgraduate or Graduate degree required.
3. Skills:

- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills across communication channels (telephone, email, in-person).




- Strong command of the English language.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
- Leadership qualities, positive energy, and adaptability in agile environments.
- Curious, proactive, and self-motivated with a focus on growth and responsibility.
