Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct literature search and review of scientific publications to identify potential hazards associated with chemicals.

- Develop and maintain databases of chemical safety information, including toxicity data and risk assessments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design experiments, analyze results, and interpret findings related to chemical safety.

- Provide technical support for regulatory submissions, such as EPA reports, by gathering relevant data and preparing summaries.

Job Requirements :

- 4-5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or life sciences industry setting.

- Solid background in toxicology or a related field (e.g., environmental science).

- Proficiency in conducting literature searches using various databases (e.g., PubMed) and software tools (e.g., EndNote).

- Experience working with databases such as ChemSpider or TOXNET.
