Key Responsibilities

- Identify and engage top professionals to provide industry insights and knowledge to clients.
- Articulate Insight Alpha's mission and business model to industry professionals and recruit them for the Association of Industry Leaders (AIL).
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and efficiency.
- Expand the India/Global Expert Network by recruiting key opinion leaders through strategic campaigns, leveraging industry/professional lists, associations, referrals, and relationships.
- Collaborate with Research Managers, Analysts, and Project Leaders to understand client needs and fulfill time-sensitive research requests by analyzing client inquiries.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 0-1 year in primary executive research or knowledge management.
- Education: Postgraduate or Graduate degree required.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal, written,



and presentation skills across various communication channels (phone, email, in-person).
- Strong command of the English language.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and ensure high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Leadership qualities, positive energy, and adaptability in agile environments.
