Job Summary

SimSon Pharma Limited is looking for an experienced Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) Executive to join our Analytical Development team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in pharmaceutical analytical testing, method validation, instrument handling, laboratory documentation, and GMP/GLP compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform analysis of raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and reference standards using validated analytical methods.
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, TLC, Refractometer, Moisture Analyzer, Conductivity Meter, TOC Analyzer, Water Purification System, Vacuum Oven, Water Bath, Muffle Furnace, Humidity Chamber, Magnetic Stirrer, Vacuum Pump, and UV Viewing Cabinet.
- Perform calibration, verification, and routine maintenance of laboratory instruments.
- Execute analytical method verification and method validation activities.
- Prepare and standardize reagents, volumetric solutions, and analytical standards.
- Prepare analytical reports, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), and laboratory records.
- Draft, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and analytical documents.
- Investigate laboratory deviations, Out-of-Specification (OOS) results,



and Laboratory Investigation Reports (LIRs).
- Maintain laboratory inventory and raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for chemicals, solvents, glassware, columns, and consumables.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, data integrity, and internal quality systems.
- Support internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with HPLC and GC.
- Working knowledge of FTIR, UV, TLC, and other analytical instruments.
- Valuable understanding of analytical method validation and verification.
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, ICH guidelines, and laboratory documentation.
- Experience in preparing SOPs, STPs, CoAs, and analytical reports.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–4 years of experience in an Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to independently perform analytical testing and laboratory documentation.
- Exposure to regulatory audits and quality compliance will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
