R&D; Engineer – Product Development (Manufacturing/Quality Experience Preferred)

Experience

- 4–6 years in R&D;, Manufacturing Engineering, or Quality Engineering .
- Proven experience in taking products from concept to industrialization .

Technical Expertise

- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (3D modeling and detailing).
- Good understanding of GD&T; , Tolerance Stack-up Analysis (TSA) , DFM , and DFA .
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes such as Injection Molding, Sheet Metal, Machining, 3D Printing .
- Experience with PLM systems and engineering documentation.
- Knowledge of prototyping, validation, and product industrialization .

Manufacturing & Quality experience

- Ability to support pilot builds , production ramp-up, and process validation.
- Experience in Root Cause Analysis (8D, Fishbone, 5 Why).




- Working knowledge of Design FMEA and Process FMEA .
- Familiarity with QC documentation and SOP’s.

Collaboration

- Works effectively with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Suppliers .
- Participates in design reviews and technical risk assessments.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
