Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Real Estate Research & Acquisition Associate to support our U.S. residential fix-and-flip investment business. The role involves sourcing investment opportunities, maintaining relationships with investors and lenders, conducting market research, and keeping accurate records to support acquisition decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Source residential fix-and-flip investment opportunities across multiple U.S. states.

- Research and identify promising real estate markets based on investment potential and market trends.

- Build, maintain, and regularly communicate with lenders, investors, brokers, and other industry stakeholders.

- Maintain organized records of sourced deals, market research, investor interactions, and lender communications.

- Monitor changes in U.S. real estate laws, regulations, financing practices, and market conditions relevant to the business.

- Gather and analyze property data to support investment decisions.

- Track acquisition pipelines and provide periodic reports on sourcing activities.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on potential deals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.





- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

- Ability to organize, manage, and analyze data efficiently.

Communication Skills

- Excellent written and spoken English.

- Professional communication and relationship management skills.

- Comfortable speaking with investors, lenders, brokers, and other business professionals.

Analytical Skills

- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.

- Ability to research, interpret, and summarize market information.

- Logical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications

- B.com Degree with 0-2 years experience only.

- Basic understanding of the U.S. real estate industry is preferred.

- Knowledge of residential investment strategies such as fix-and-flip is an advantage.

- Experience in market research, lead generation, CRM management, or real estate acquisitions is a plus.
