Key Responsibilities

- Identify and engage top professionals to provide industry insights and knowledge to clients.
- Articulate the mission and business model of Insight Alpha to industry professionals and recruit them for the Association of Industry Leaders (AIL).
- Operate in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Expand the India/Global Expert Network by strategically recruiting key opinion leaders through campaigns, industry/professional lists, associations, referrals, and other channels.
- Collaborate with Research Managers, Analysts, and Project Leaders to understand client needs and fulfill time-sensitive research requests by analyzing client inquiries.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 2-4 years in primary executive research or knowledge management.
- Education: Postgraduate or Graduate degree required.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, written,



and presentation skills across various channels (phone, email, in-person).
- Strong command of the English language.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment with leadership qualities and a positive attitude.
- Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative, growth-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic setting.
