Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Patna. The specialist will identify prospective clients, explain Smoulder Money’s financial products and services, and convert leads into long-term customers through effective sales strategies. Daily activities include conducting client meetings, responding to inquiries, providing product recommendations, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and conversions.

The role involves planning and executing local marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities,



and supporting brand visibility across branches and partner locations. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams, participate in training sessions, and provide feedback on customer needs to refine offerings and improve service quality.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present complex financial information clearly and build trust with diverse clients.

Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive client experience before and after sales.

Candidates should possess Sales skills to generate leads, close deals, meet targets, and promote Smoulder Money’s full suite of financial solutions.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in financial services or retail banking.
