- Account Portfolio Management:

Cultivating, expanding, and managing high-value institutional relationships across corporate brand custodians, local retail pioneers, and regional advertising agencies.

- Integrated Media Solutioning:

Partnering with internal programming and creative squads to conceptualize, pitch, and sell value-driven, customized brand solutions and multi-channel advertising campaigns across BIG FM's media ecosystem.

- New Business Origination:

Actively prospecting, building, and expanding the advertiser pipeline through consistent lead generation and client acquisition frameworks.

- Full-Cycle Deal Closure:

Managing end-to-end business development cycles—from initial brand brief discovery and creative ideation to commercial negotiation, high-stakes deck presentation, and structural campaign execution.





- Market Intelligence Mapping:

Keeping a real-time pulse on shifting local media spends, regional client campaign calendars, and competitive broadcast landscape variations.

Requirements

- Industry Domain Depth:

5 to 20 years of progressive, verified qualified success operating explicitly within Media Sales, Radio Advertising Sales, Broadcast Media, or Advertising Agency Ecosystems.

- Commercial Mastery:

Exceptional negotiation, consultative selling, and executive presentation capabilities with a demonstrated history of driving client partnerships and revenue growth.

- Leadership & Execution:

A highly collaborative mindset paired with the structural ability to work independently, manage complex client briefs, and lead regional business clusters.

- Linguistic & Local Nuance:
