YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), Power BI, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and R-Tool development. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and automation skills and be capable of developing efficient reporting and automation solutions. Additional skills in RPA, AI, and Forecasting will be a plus.

In this role you will play a key role in:

- Develop, maintain, and optimize VBA-based automation solutions for business processes.
- Design and implement Power BI dashboards and reports using advanced DAX and Power Query.
- Leverage Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to create automation workflows and business applications.
- Utilize R-Tool for statistical analysis, automation, and data visualization.
- Work with large datasets, perform data transformation, and improve reporting efficiency.
- Act as an Individual Contributor while collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Take ownership of projects, manage deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
- Support and guide junior team members when required, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence.




- Ensure compliance with data governance, security policies, and best practices.

YOUR PROFILE

Process skills

- Proven expertise in VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for automation and macros.
- Robust hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, Report Development).
- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to build workflow automation solutions.
- Experience in R-Tool for data analysis and visualization.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks independently while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in handling end-to-end project ownership and working in a fast-paced workplace.

Technical Skills (Good to have):

- RPA (Robotic Process Automation) – Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
- AI & Machine Learning – Experience in AI/ML-driven analytics and automation.
- Forecasting & Predictive Analytics – Strong knowledge of time-series forecasting models.
- SQL & Python – Hands-on experience in SQL queries and Python scripting for automation and analytics.

Preferred Qualification:





- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Power BI, Power Platform, RPA, or AI will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Demand Planning and inventory management domain. (B1)
