Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage costing, pricing, and vendor relationships to ensure optimal profitability.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.

- Develop and maintain accurate records using ERP systems (e.g. Excel) for inventory management, sales data analysis, etc.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing strategies.

Job Requirements :

- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role within the courier/logistics industry.

- Robust communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively with vendors.

- Proficiency in costing, pricing, and vendor management software (e.g. ERP).

- Basic knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain management principles.
