Role Description This full-time on-site Reporter role at CURSO DE TECNOLOGIA EM HIDRÁULICA E SANEAMENTO AMBIENTAL-FATEC-SP is based in Indore and focuses on covering topics related to hydraulic technology and environmental sanitation. The Reporter will research, investigate, and produce timely news stories, features, and reports across print and digital platforms. Daily responsibilities include attending events, conducting interviews with subject-matter experts and stakeholders, verifying facts, and developing clear, accurate, and engaging content.

The role also involves collaborating with editors and multimedia teams, meeting publication deadlines, and adhering to journalistic ethics and organizational guidelines. The Reporter will contribute to content planning, propose story ideas, and help expand audience engagement through various channels.

Qualifications

Solid reporting skills, including research, interviewing, and fact-checking, with the ability to cover complex technical and environmental topics.





Excellent written communication and general communication abilities, with clarity, accuracy, and audience-focused storytelling.

Proficiency in news writing and feature writing, including structuring articles, crafting leads, and adapting tone for different formats.

Experience with multimedia tools and platforms, such as basic photo, audio, or video capture and coordination with multimedia production teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Environmental Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Knowledge of or interest in hydraulic technology, environmental sanitation, and public infrastructure reporting.

Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple assignments, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high editorial standards.

Familiarity with digital publishing tools, basic SEO practices, and audience engagement through websites and social media is an advantage.
